VoIP. You may have heard the term VoIP, which stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. It allows you to make telephone calls using your internet connection which makes it much cheaper than traditional telephone lines. Skype are perhaps the most well known public provider of the service. Our phone bills halved when we first trialled VoIP.

However, there have been complaints about the quality of the sound and it also suffers from the restriction that you have to be sat by your computer using a headset when making calls, or you need a separate telephone, meaning you would have two on your desk.

That is, until now. Epygi have a system that allows you to integrate all your telephony and use standard telephones. So now you can have the all the advantages of VoIP, i.e. much cheaper calls without the disadvantages.

Double-Take allows a copy of your data to be held off-site, ready to be called upon if necessary.

Peer Software also provide a range of back-up and mirroring technologies. The most appropriate choice depends on the level of sophistication you need.
