Many P&L customers use an Mdaemon email server. We have two products which can make synchronising Blackberries easier and give you more control over a company-wide email system.

Synchronising Blackberries Synchronising Blackberries. If you have a Blackberry, you'll know that you can only synchronise your diary when you're back at the office. So if someone makes an appointment for you, you'll only know about it when you get back or if they email you. This runs the risk of double booking if you also make one for the same time.

Exchange users need a Blackberry Enterprise Server which can prove expensive and doesn't always work effectively.

Mdaemon users can synchronise the Contacts, Calendar and To Do functions using their existing Mdaemon mail server. Contact us and we can set it up for you.

Email management softwareEmail Management. Mdaemon also provide a low-cost product called Archive Server that gives you more control over your company-wide email system.

It allows you to archive all emails as well as providing enhanced search facilities and separate security settings for users and administrators. It also allows you to monitor the email traffic in your company, e.g. identifying emails sent to social networking sites or sending/receiving inappropriate material.
