Our telephone helpdesk based in Crewe, Cheshire gives you access to highly qualified, professional IT Services Engineers to resolve any issues you may have or to provide guidance on any aspect of your computer systems, whenever you wish.

We also guarantee that the helpdesk will always be manned during working hours by qualified engineers.

We set up VPN (Virtual Private Network) connections with our customers so we can acess their computer systems over a secure connection, meaning most network problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Remote Access also enables IT system maintenance tasks to be carried out, plus we will carry out regular heathchecks to keep your computer systems in efficient working order.

Flexible Support Package

Our Flexible Support Package enables you to mix and match from the wide range of IT services we offer, to create an IT support package that is built specifically to your individual business requirements. As with all our packages, support is provided via telephone, email and remote access, together with engineers visits and regular healthchecks.

For complete peace of mind, the P&L Total Support Package ensures every aspect of your IT requirements are fulfilled. This is a full IT Maintenance service and is like having your own IT Department.

Cover can be provided for all your IT systems and equipment, with full access to the

helpdesk and engineers, whenever required.

Replacement equipment is provided for ciritcal or important equipment such as printers whilst your own are being repaired or replaced and back-up checking is provided as standard.
