P&L Software Prize Draw Competition Rules – Nov 2009
The competition is free to enter and is being promoted by P&L Software Solutions. Any companies or individuals requesting a review of their business software from P&L Software Solutions will be automatically entered.
All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Free competition only open to UK residents.
Only one entry per company is allowed. Calls to request a business software review must be received by 31st December 2009.
You are not eligible to enter the draw if you are in any way associated with it. This includes our employees or agents and those of our subsidiaries, all participating organisations and members of their families.
There is one single prize with no alternative – 2.25 days of software development by P&L Software Solutions which will be drawn by P&L Networks and provided to the winner. The winner will agree that only time spent involved with software which can be developed by P&L Software Solutions will form the prize. The prize may be taken as a single project or as a contribution towards a larger project. 2.25 days equates to development worth £1,068.75 net of VAT at current daily rates. Rates valid as at November 8th 2009.
The winner must accept the prize as offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and must be taken in full by December 31st 2010. Any time left over after that date will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed. No cash alternatives are available. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the prize advertised.
The winner will be the first qualifying entry drawn and will be chosen by 14th January 2010.
Our decision is final in all matters relating to the draw and P&L will not enter into any correspondence with you about it, or return your entry to you.
You can obtain the name of the winner by calling P&L on 01270 259740 after the 18th January 2010.
We may require the winner to take part in further publicity resulting from the draw.
An entry implies acceptance of the rules as being final and legally binding. P&L reserves the right to refuse the entry of, or award a prize to, anyone in breach of these rules.
Our instructions for completion of any entry and the advertising text form part of the rules of the draw.
We do not accept proof of entry. We accept no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
No purchase is necessary and you do not need to be a customer of P&L to enter. If you do not qualify for automatic entry you can enter by writing to P&L Software, 4 Solway Court, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6LD. Your entry must be received by December 31st 2009.
By offering the prize we are not recommending or guaranteeing the performance of any contractual or other obligations of the winner or any other third party. Except as otherwise provided by statute, we exclude any liability in respect of death, injury or loss or damage to property caused by or arising out of use of the prize.
Entry details will not be kept after the prize draw and will not be used for any form of marketing. All entries will be deleted after 28th Feb 2010, with the exception of the winner's details.
